Ok. I have excuses for why I haven't been posting in a while. This past week was finals and cheerleading has been eating up my time. We've been preparing for competition in January. So that's why I've been sketchy on posting.
There are some fun things happening soon. For my birthday my friends and I are heading up to McCloud, CA to stay at a cabin. It's not too far away from Trinidad, so I get to stop over there to do massive research for my book THE FLAWED UTOPIA.
Also, I've started a new book called Awake about a girl who wakes up from a coma with none of her memories and her best friend who happens to like her has to help her get her memory back. In the end she ends up forgiving people and moving on from the bad things she's done.
Anyway, I'm also working on the flawed utopia again and i have this cool new begining:
What would life be like if we lived in a snow globe?
A perfect sphere where our painted smiles are all we know.
Where repeated powder rises and falls all around us; where we never have to feel anything, again.
Where we could always keep our composure and never cry.
What would life be like if we lived in a snow globe?
Cold.
